Here’s what to know before
you find your stride.
Solo and Team support US SMS reminders using separately purchased prepaid segment credits. Email reminders are included; SMS credits are not bundled and do not automatically top up.
Cancellation stops renewal. Paid access continues through the paid-through date. Seat reductions and billing interval changes take effect at renewal, with the effective date shown before you confirm.
